DohKhlieh is a typical Khasi dish. It is a meghalayan pork salad and is a traditional recipe from meghalaya.

It is boiled diced pork mixed with finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger and seasonings. Can you spot the ingredients in this miniature ?
